  • Customer POC to understand the customer requirements and expectation for new projects and work with internal CFT for the smooth NPI execution
  • Accountable for Revenue realization for the assigned programs
  • Responsible for Cost , Quality , Delivery management (OTD) , payment receivables and customer satisfaction for the programs
  • Expertise in New Project Planning and exposure to NPI Execution is definitely an advantage
  • Skills in Demand Management , Production Planning and Material Planning techniques
  • Having knowledge in Engineering Change Notification and Change Management
  • It would be good if having exposure in SAP ERP based supply chain management (from Purchase Order receipt from customer to customer delivery) or any other ERP like Oracle , Navition or BAAN is also ok.
  • Inventory Management processes
  • Capable of handling the CFT teams under stringent deadlines to meet customer expectations of multiple programs.
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems or issues, systematically and effectively during the course of the program
