Job Description

    PURPOSE (WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR) : The purpose of this role is to increase the outreach in the community by increased penetration among community leaders, influencers, CSOs, decision makers through a team of Outreach Campaign Associates. Roles & Responsibilities : - Ability to collect, collate and analyze data derived from primary and secondary research.- Ability to develop and execute data backed disruptive campaign plans for increasing and growing outreach in the community- Ability to problem solve and come up unique and resourceful solutions to problems- Ability to build strategy for onboarding decision makers and influencers from the community- Leading a team of at least 5 outreach members and setting up processes for smooth and effective functioning of the team- Preparing reports for the management from time to time- Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic work environment- Ability to be a self-starter Skills Required Research : - 4-10 years of proven work experience, working on offline campaigns/social campaigns/political campaigns or assignments independently or with a team.- Ability to do data analysis - qualitative and quantitative- Strong Documentation Skills- Knowledge of conducting extensive fieldwork mandatory, preferably discreet investigative research- Research experience in social/developmental sector in rural or urban areas preferable- Well versed of working on social media platforms and in using Google Maps-Emails-G Drive, understands & implements good data collection methodology Hindi, English or any regional Languages Mandatory We would like to work with you if : - You believe that life is a constant LEARNING and each interaction an opportunity to learn and be better- You believe that TRUTH is not only spoken, but it is also shown in all our actions, our dealings, and our work- You thrive on finding CREATIVE solutions and the problem is not a word in your dictionary.
