Job Description

Looking for a seasoned project/program manager - experienced in setting up big team - 14 + years
Understand team members need and prepare training plan, upskilling plan
Execute the training plan as a program and make team member - project ready
Person to have technical background in prior experience so can connect to technical topic/need of the team - preferred Java
Coordinat ing with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track
Submittin g required deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing project information
Externall y and internally certified (optional)
Excellent People Management and able to handle big team
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills
Strong Project Management methodology skills & Agile Methodologies
Understan d stakeholders and RACI matrix concept
Handled team at offshore and possess transition experience
Monitor various projects running in different work streams
