Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Assistant Manager - SalesPost: - Assistant Manager - SalesJob Summary:- The resource will be responsible for engaging with already on boarded merchants and converting the existing Plutus Merchants to aggregator Model + other VAS Products. Leads will be provided by the company.

  • Education:-12th / Graduation.
  • Experience:-6 months to 4 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
  • Min 6 months sales experience with ICICI Merchant Services / HDB Financial Service in EDC machine sales

  1. This would be a Farming role to converting the existing Plutus Merchants to aggregator Model + other VAS Products.
  2. Role would be a semi Inside Sales and frequent merchant visits for conversion.
  3. Conduct Emi training with store staff and store Managers.
  4. Regular visits to the market to maintain a good relationship with the stake holders.
  5. Drive EMI Volumes out of the portfolio assigned.
  6. Achieve monthly targets.
  7. Conduct market analysis and communicate the competitors marketing initiatives.
