Job Description

Job role:

  1. Drive Sales from new and Existing customers to increase Current Annual Revenue from INR 15 CR to 22CR in 1 year and 30 CR in 3 years for Niigata EMD, Caterpillar, Metaline & Asset Reliability Management through Torsional Vibration
  • Key Account Manager for assigned customer base and new customer gain
  • Visit potential customers for new business Make 10 customer visits a month (PAN India) .
  • Visit potential and existing customer overseas Make 6 customer visit in a Quarter
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product / solution will meet client needs
  • Ensure Conversion Ratio of 25% (Number of visits to submitting customer proposals).
2. Improve Customer satisfaction score to 4.5 for Marine products & ensure Stakeholder delight
  • Preparing visit reports for each customer visited
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical , service , Operations team member
3. Reduce Average Collection time from customers from 90 days to 45 days
  • Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads,billings, orders,contracts, etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensures efficient payment collection to maintain cash flow.
Whats the purpose of this role Retain and gain customers in Marine segment.Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.Develop proposals for current or prospective customers.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needsNegotiate the terms of an agreement and close salesUpdate CRM/ Sales Master list Daily / weekly monthlySupporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing eventsRequired Candidate profile
  • 5 + years experience in sales of Technical products in B2B Sales with any Industry.
  • Must have handled Annual Business Turnover of 15 crores
  • Experience in Technical product selling rotating equipments like Compressor ,Gearboxes , Diesel Engine spare parts , Reciprocating Engines.
  • Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Experience of Executing Sales Process with Existing customers
( uncovering Need , Prospecting, Selling a solution, Follow up for closure, Closing Deals)
  • Must exhibit hunger for Sales, Growth and Closing Deals
  • Experience of regular in person presentations
