Now is the time to join the force.- Managing a team of SMEs and operation member for a category- Taking data driven decisions for growth of the category- Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and improve- Collaborate with key stakeholders - marketing teams, Tech/Product team, operation team, etc.Desired Skills - - Having 2+ years of experience in content management or similar lead role- Team Handling experience of 5-10 members- Govt exam experience will be a plus point- Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills- Graduation from T1/T2 colleges will be preferable- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines- Good communication and MS Excel skills,
