Roles and ResponsibilitiesAround 4 - 8 years experience in a similar B2B or marketing agency environment. The ability to work in a busy marketing department, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. The ability to prioritise and to work under pressure. Working knowledge of the requirements for content production. Work with the Group Graphic Designer, Bidding and Marketing Managers and the regional business executives to generate and deliver all relevant collateral, both digital and print in a timely manner. Develop and deliver powerpoint decks to support the sales and business development activity. Working with the marketing team to update content, announcements, and imagery for LUCY (company intranet) and provide this to the Digital Manager. Job Specification: Junior Graphic Designer Work with existing templates, and produce new designs and templates, to create visually appealing materials, with layouts and content arrangement that emphasizes our most important value propositions and solution messages. Leverage HQ produced content and localize it for the APAC and EMEA region. Work closely with our marketing specialists to build campaigns that support our marketing strategy. Amend designs according to comments and changing requirements. Reporting to Group Graphic Designer in IrelandDesired Candidate ProfileExpert in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Team player with high professional and ethical standards. Strong advocate for continual creative improvement and nurturing a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability. Fluent in English, our working language. Excellent written and verbal communications. Be able to understand client needs and consider practical design solutions. Proven experience in working collaboratively, and of being able to create and hand-over robust and user-friendly templates. Ability to compile/format/proofread documents in InDesign and PowerPoint, often to tight deadlines. You will need to provide work examples to showcase your creative style and capabilities!
