Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for Fund ReportingRoles & Responsibilities :-
    • Good accounting knowledge
    • Capital Market knowledge.
    • Good communication skills, both written and oral (client interaction almost on a daily basis)
    • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
    • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel is a must)
    • Ownership & Attention to details
    • Good with numbers & MIS
    • Knowledge on Private equity structure and its business models.
    Fund Reporting Requirement SME
    • Experience in fund accounting (Private Equity & Fixed Income securities)
    • Working knowledge of preparation of Financial Statements
    • Knowledge of Investran accounting will be preferred
    • Working on Foot notes, Quarterly & yearly financial statement.
    Fund Operations
    • Knowledge on Contribution & Distribution
    • Positing of Contribution & Distribution.
    • Line of credit posting
    • Generating Letter of capital call
    • Posting Accounting entries for Fund Expenses, Management fees.
    • Investran Knowledge is preferred
    • Posting of accounting journal entries
    Fund Valuation : Requirement - SME
    • Valuation of securities,
    • Understanding on Level 1,2 and 3 securities,
    • MOIC and IRR calculations.
    • Posting of accounting entries, running of reports in Investran, Quarterly Reconciliation on valuation
    • Fund Accounting, Investran accounting Knowledge preferred
    • Knowledge on Fund Structure
    • Understanding on Line of credit
    • Posting of accounting journal entries
    Shift: Between - morning 10am to night 2amRegards,Team HR
