Job Description

    Key Accounts Leas- EcommercePurpose - Why does it exist To lead the growth of key ecommerce channels for beauty brands :Key Performance Indicators :1. Profitable sales growth in key ecommerce channels2. Strong brand recall, visibility & share of voice at the channels3. Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectivesKey Responsibilities :P&L1. Create & deliver ambitious growth plans on key ecommerce platforms. Overall, in charge of business delivery at these channels.2. Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitabilityVisibility metrics3. Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories4. Drive content innovation to improve organic reach5. Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key propertiesOperational metrics6. Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations7. Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximize stock availabilityStakeholder Management8. Work closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and salesPeople Management9. Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development10. Hire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to sustainably and profitably grow the ecommerce business for the brands Experience & Qualification Mandatory: 1. MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 5 years experience in sales/ecommerce roles with P&L responsibility2. Prior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a must3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.4. A passion for numbers5. Top notch problem-solving skills6. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability7. Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders,
