Testbook is looking for a sales manager who will be in charge of leading our companys telesales efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our inside sales department by evaluating and developing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing, sales plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our companys product.Responsibilities:- To develop and implement a cohesive sales plan to increase sales and retention- To build the processes and systems to enhance lead generation, lead management, sales planning, pricing, and incentivization.- To set immediate and long-term goals for internal teams- To lead the team and elevate its level to a skillful, efficient industry-leading unit.- To track the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns through regular reporting that includes details of sales revenue, Conversions, and processes.- To analyze the customer journey and identify key touchpoints in the customers interaction to optimize customer activation and retention.- To conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth- To maintain customer relationships and satisfaction at par with the industry standard.Qualifications:- MBA/Graduation from T1 colleges- 3+ years of experience in leading both Lead Generation and retention, as well as designing and implementing successful sales campaigns- Advanced knowledge of marketing, technology and CRMs.- Strong leadership skills and proven expertise in elevating team members to a high level of performance.- Advanced Excel skills.- Data-driven, excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach- Very deep business acumen and a strong problem solver.- Highly driven and resourceful candidate (fast-paced start-up experience preferred)- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, company divisions, and partners.- Preferably have a consumer internet or E-commerce industry experience.,
