Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Center Manager is responsible for the overall service delivery at the centers.
  • All client related data, consults, billing, follow ups are to be monitored closely by the Center Manager.
  • The Center Manager is required to adhere to and deliver the targets set by Reporting Authorities from time to time.
  • The Center Manager is required to be present at the center during work hours 6 days a week, with a weekly off observed across the organization for center business on Monday.
  • The Center Manager has to have a strong predilection towards sales and achieving targets and suggesting better practices to maximize revenue generation at centers.

We are the leaders in providing wellness and nutrition advice and health plans to our clients with the use of cutting edge technology along with the use of Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Nutrigenomics. We are a 53 center strong establishment with our areas of operation including the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Pune and E-com network with an outreach domestically and globally. We have a workforce of 518 employees who are a mix of the best Doctors, Nutritionists, Sales staff, Corporate staff, etc.
  • The Center Manager is responsible for the sales and business targets and maximizing sales for their respective center.
  • The Center Manager is responsible for handling all front desk activities, ensuring quality service to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining accounting practices and billing related information at the center, documentation and record keeping, co-ordination between team members at the center, maintaining stock, monitoring high levels of service and hygiene at the center as per organizational standards, maintenance of center premises and other administrative requirements, monitoring of service quality at the centers and devising strategies to meet shortfalls.
  • The Center Manager reports to the Cluster Head. The Cluster Head reports to the City Head, who reports to the Management.
  • It is required by her/ him to monitor daily, weekly, monthly activities at various centers and submit bi-weekly updates (after discussion with the City Head) to the management regarding their sales numbers achieved, against the targets set by the management, in consultation with the City Heads and Cluster Heads at the start of every month.
  • They are required to be passionate, strong headed, focussed individuals with a flair for team management and sales.
