First class graduate Engineer in Chemical Expected Work Experience Between 6 to 12 years of experience in Chemical & Petrochemical industry. AUTOCAD, MS office, ChemCAD Preferred Conceptualizing and designing of the following systems:- Data sheets of Process Equipment Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Vessels & Tanks, Mixers etc Perform / Check calculations Hydraulic, Heat Exchanger, Relief valve sizing etc Familiarity with applicable codes like API / IS Expected Competencies Key Responsibilities: Prepare PFD, P&ID Prepare Process data sheets Perform / check all Process Calculations Prepare specification, bid evaluation & recommendation. Vendor drawing review. Co- ordination with other departments. To guide team of engineers/ draftsman working under him. Quality checks during site visit. Give input in planning activities of the project. Role Purpose: Prepare / check PFD, P&ID Prepare Equipment Layout Perform / check Process Equipment sizing calculation for Pumps, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Tanks Perform / check Hydraulic calculations for Incompressible, Compressible & Two Phase flow. Perform / check Thermal design calculations of Heat Exchangers Conversant with applicable codes & Standards.,
