DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITY:Job Title: Shift Safety Supervisor/Jnr. SupervisorDepartment: EHSLocation:Roha (Dist-Raigad)Reporting to: Sr. Officer/Officer - EHSJob Competency Requirements:Qualification: Any Diploma/Graduate from recognized university & Advance diploma in Industrial SafetyExperience: Min. 2 to 3 years in Fire & Safety and above in a LSI/MSI of Fine Chemicals, SpecialtyChemicals, Pharmaceuticals, API, Bulk Drugs, Dyes & Pigments, Chemicals Company.1. Ensuring the maintenance of Fire hydrant system & pump house2. Ensuring the Maintenance of Smoke Detection System.3. Ensuring the Maintenance of Foam Bladder System & Sprinkler System.4. Monitoring & Operation of Fire hydrant system & pump house.5. Monitoring & Maintaining of Fire extinguisher.6. Ensuring compliance of work permits system.7. Monitoring & Maintaining Eye wash & Body Showers.8. Monitoring & Procurement of First aid items.9. Ensuring the all PPEs items are available in store.10. Conduct Safety Induction & tool box talk training.11. Take a daily Safety rounds in a Shift.12. Prepare daily, monthly safety report and report to HOD (EHS).13.
