Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION: Day to day finance partner to project director and representative of the finance function to the operations. Lead the finance function in day to day operational delivery. Key escalation points for all finance shared service teams. Oversight of the planning and coordinating of the accounting and administration functions. Overall project accounting responsibility, including billings, cost management and management of financial and treasury risks. Oversee and ensure accurate recording and reconciliations are complete for local system (Navision) and Oracle. Work closely with accounting vendor (PWC) to ensure timely and accurate reporting requirements are met (internal and external). Ensures accuracy and consistency in application of Group accounting policies and appropriate internal controls. Work with global finance groups on reporting, tax, treasury matters. Work closely with the regional tax manager and local authorities to ensure full compliance with all relevant tax laws. Drive cash forecasting. Overall responsibility for liquidity management. Oversee and manage payroll activities including payroll outside of Mongolia. Ensure ERP transition is completed with minimal hiccups to operations.Team: Responsible for the oversight of the Finance function and delivery of associated tasks and assignments related to the project. Responsible for the day-to-day management of direct reports and assessment of individual and team capabilities. Align jobs roles to Worley way for consistency and to allow development opportunities.
