Job Description

    • To coordinate with bankers for availing both fund based and Non fund based Credit facilities at competitive pricing and terms, preparation of CMA data and also manage the documentation for the same.
    • To manage the funds of the group by preparing the cash flow projections and comparison with actuals and ensure that funds are available as per requirement.
    • To manage the Foreign exchange hedging and its accounting and also evolve the policy for Foreign Exchange Hedging for the group along with CFO.
    • To manage the Payments and Receipts team to ensure their smooth functioning and ensuring on time payments.
    • To manage the investments of the company to ensure that post tax returns are maximized and present its MIS on regular basis.
    • To deal with Credit Rating Agencies and try to get the best ratings available as per our profile.
    • The person should have knowledge of ERP in a company of around 700 to 1000 crores turnover.
    • To manage the Credit Control and Receivables function.
    • Help in setting up the robust MIS in group and work on Annual business plan, budgets and long-range plans , Comparison with actuals and report the variances
    • To review and analyse the financials and reports and highlight to management the areas of improvement, if any.
