FREIGHT WINGS PVT LTDPosition - Workshop ManagerCTC - 10 to 12 Lac pa.Experience required - 8-10 years of experience of handling workshop, fabricationactivity and knowledge of hydraulic and electronic equipment.Basic educational qualification - B.E. or Diploma (Mechanical)Industry preference - Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Fabrication, etc.Job location - Kalamboli / UsataneDescription - An individual must have a experience of projects and maintenance of hydraulicequipment. Able to manage and supervise overall workshop operations with respect tomaintenance of all equipment like Strand Jack, SPMT, Hydra, Forklift etc. andrepair of the vehicles including their annual fitness. To be competent to manage workshop issues, personnel across various level,ensure discipline, safety and identify manpower gaps among the mechanics andother staff also ability to handle manpower issues. Problem solving approaches in different situations with people managementskills along-with quality and productivity focused. Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including jobscheduling day to day operations. Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays orconcerns with the Director. Able to take a decisions on a suitable course of action or response. Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to seniormanagement. Communicate with the key persons and respond to their requests respect toprojects. Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with colleagues. Planning of daily operations at the workshop to ensure the smooth flow ofworking. Plan work assigned on a daily basis and provide estimates of time required foreach work to achieve targets and deadlines. Maintain all workshop related records. Ensure proper terms of procurement done at workshop. To be competent to deal with Government officials and vendors. Provide feedback of staff that are not performing to the expected level.
