Job Description

:

  • Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
  • Maximizes sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks.
  • Conceptualize and implement new schemes promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity.
  • Guides in preparation of sales pitches through Channel partner to close maximum transactions.
  • Enroll, train and motivate new channel partners and also promote the existing ones.
  • Design metrics to set monthly sales target for the team members, direct in execution and oversee performance of team.
  • Maintain cordial relations with all internal external stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Review and ensure proper execution documentation of application, agreements and allotment etc.
Desired Profile :
  • Qualification : Post Graduate in Sales Marketing (MBA)
  • Candidate should possess flair for selling, meeting people believe in go- getter sales attitude.
  • Candidate must be confident working with broker distribution network skillful in conducting corporate presentations other promotional activities.
  • He must be sales target oriented with proven track record of successful sales assignments, robust network of channel partners in Ghaziabad Noida ability to maintain excellent trade relations.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, implementing strategies to the tee eager to grow financially.
  • Must have good communication skills and a basic understanding of MS Office.
