Job Description

    SKILLS REQUIRED :- Progressive experience in Campus Recruiting from top tier 1 & tier 2 colleges.- Demonstrated success leading campus recruiting for a function at large scale in a fast-paced environment- Experience executing on hiring plans and recruiting strategy- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize- Experience building and defining recruiting pipeline metrics and data- Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally to drive resultsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Leading & Driving Campus Recruitment Process for various streams and Execution of Campus recruitment related activities- Contributing in Campus branding initiatives- Shaping, refining and creating campus recruitment strategy, ensuring relevance to business needs and changing market conditions.- Good with stakeholder management, vendor management, and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.- Assess and predict workloads for the team and effectively load balance to ensure recruiters are able to work efficiently, strategically and bring speed to the businessOVERALL EXPERIENCE: 2- 5 years of relevant experience (1+ years only in case of Top Tier Campus)EDUCATION: Preferably B.Tech or MBA only,
