US HEALTHCARE PROCESS Direct company interviews & Urgent joining DELHI/NCR Candidates Only Profile : Ar. Associate /Sr. Associate (Voice- US process)Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling is Mandatory. (Min 6 Months for AR associate and 2 Years for Sr. AR Associate)Excellent written and oral communication skills.Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers.Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them.Follow up on the claims for collection of payments.Should be good in Pre-call analysis.Good in analyzing denials & prepare appeals for resolution effectiveness.Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment.Understand & work as per the client requirements and specifications of the project.Should be flexible to work in night shifts Requirement for night shiftsWeekends fixed offs ( saturday & sunday fix offs )Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 2.5 lacs per annum to 4.5 lacs per annum Language:English (Required)Shifts:.
