Accounts Managementrecords, day to day activities, monitoring books of accounts General Ledger. Budget Compilation Monitoring tracking all department budgets and proactively highlighting concerns and issues. Accounts Payable Receivable reviewing managing account balances monthly settlements periodically. Asset Control keeping track of asset inventory and status. Key Financial Reports P L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements. Reporting Managing and Maintaining: multiple reports, ad - hoc reports, reports to management (MIS). Auditing coordinating with statutory auditor and finalizing the Financials Handling / Coordinating trade finance Investing, Hedging, Letter of Credit Bank guarantees (ABG / PBG). Fund Management Investments, Debts, Loans Handling Insurance related activities from obtaining cover and up to claim settlement / closure. He should understand SEZ, EOU, DTA DST RegulationsADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assistance in Budgeting Forecasting. Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Graduate (B Com, B.Sc. or BE / B.Tech) Preferred: Intermediate CA (at least 3yrs article - ship) / CA / Cost Accountant / M. / MBA (Finance)WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience in Accounting Softwares (Intuit QuickBooks) and ERP (SAP, Quickbase etc) Engineered Process Systems Manufacturing, EPC, Project Department of Chemical Manufacturing Company Direct and Indirect Taxes in India. Knowledge of Goods Service Tax (GST)CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / TRAININGS: Relevant certifications / licenses / training preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS COMPETENCIES: Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders, including banks and statutory authorities. Should be a quick learner and should keep themselves abreast with latest rules and regulations, sharp memory Good computer skills (MS Office suite Advanced Excel, Word).
