Job Description

Software Development Engineering Sr. Professional II(SalesforceTech Lead)

  • 8 + years of overall software development experience with at least 6 years in Salesforce only.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Ability to create HLD and LLD from business requirements and interpret them into applications designs
  • Must have experience of working knowledge in Lightning framework (Aura/LWC)
  • Must have strong knowledge of implementing Salesforce Triggers, Workflows, Controllers, VF, Aura components & Asynchronous apex
  • Must have strong knowledge with Salesforce integration with other systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
  • Experience of working using Agile/ Scrum methodologies
  • Working experience on Git and JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels
  • knowledge of working in various design patterns/frameworks like Apex design pattern (Singleton, Strategy & Facade) and Enterprise Pattern, Trigger pattern and mocking framework
  • Must have an exposure of working in Sales & Service cloud
  • Proficient in using meta-data migration tools like VS Code and Sales Force Data Loader and expertise in deployment using Ant, Jenkins, and Changeset.
Required Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science/BTech/MTech/MCA/Bsc(IT)

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Project Managers
  • Strong organizational skills.
