Job Description

Objectives of this Role

  • Managing the firm, dealing with clients, reviewing the work done by team members.
  • Independently leading the assigned task.
Prime Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial Statements under Indian GAAP.
  • Performing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.
  • Statutory compliance under companies Act 2013. Ensuring all ROC compliances.
  • Preparing and reviewing all GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and GSTR 9).
  • ITR filling and resolving Income Tax queries.
  • Preparation of e-filling and TDS Return. Experience in working TDS demands.
  • Preparing and reviewing the accounting of clients.
    • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of accounting
    • Compliance of GST, TDS and other compliances
    • Preparing and reviewing the accounts receivables and payables outstanding
    • Computation of Depreciation and maintaining Fixed Assets Register
    • Preparing and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
    • Preparing and reviewing Outstanding and Prepaids
    • Revenue, cost and expense scrutiny
    • Preparing Monthly PNL, Balance sheet and Cash flow
    • Preparing various Business / Sales MIS
Skills and Qualifications
  • CA / CA Final Dropout
  • Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive.
  • Prior experience as Audit Manager/ Team Leader in CA Firm
  • CA with 2-3 years working experience post qualification / CA Final Dropout with at 6-7 years experience (including minimum 3 years Audit Manager/Team Lead)

  • Candidates should be near by may be Noida, Greater Noida or Ghaziabad
  • His own bike will help
