Job Description

A holder of a Regular Bachelors degree or greater.Total experience: 5+ years. Experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar experience interfacing between a business and a development groupNormal business TimingsWill be 12 noon to 9 pm IST with some odd hours and weekends.For initial 3 months the work timings will be 1 pm IST to 10 pm IST to invest in learning and overlapping with the US teams.Essential Tech-BA experience Proficient in the card processing industry (preferably TS2)Experience in interacting with the ClientsTechnical development experience in Mainframe (COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF) with programming languages and database query toolsExperience in interacting with the ClientsBusiness Analyst Experience in understanding Client requirement and create low level code logics in Mainframe along with flows.API Testing and Integrating APIs into enterprise applicationsUnderstanding of user experience, user centered design and responsive web designWell versed with Requirement elicitation , Requirement grooming, Sprint Backlog management and Estimations in Agile environmentAble to debug independently, able to debug UI issuesEssential other experienceStrong experience of working with the US teams.Proficient in English, good oral and written communication skillsSubject matter expert on all things represent product process, product organization and product escalationsDrive for process improvement and design.Ability to work with precision on multiple projects under rigorous deadlines, and extended daily schedules when necessary, while working both independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude under pressure, outgoing, approachable and proactive and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sourcesSelf-Driven and extremely autonomousCreates various training materials and trains various teamsFlexible in work timings. May need to work in odd hours or weekends occassionally eg. early / late, weekends etc.Understanding of the architecture and application design.Quick Issue Identification/ResolutionCommitment to excellenceExcellent customer service skills.
