ResponsibilitiesMeeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirementsWork as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-outResponsible for the implementation of client systemsDeveloping high level implementation plansCreating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery scheduleProviding them solutions using CRMnextDesired Candidate ProfileBusiness Analysis, Good Analytical Skills and Adept at Problem Solving Skills.Excellent Verbal and Written communication.Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamics.Experience in BFSI and CRM domain shall be preferred but not a mandate.,
