He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made. He/She is responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets assigned to him/her for achievement of targets. The job involves extensive travelling within the assigned area and conducting MARKET/ customer mapping. The BDM needs to proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the assigned area, follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.The BDM cross sells the banks third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc.-To attend the walk-in customer in branch. Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan. Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank. Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesSkills Required :-Should have good communication skills and analytical skills Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
