CA FINANCEQualification: CAExp: 15 yrsJob DescriptionFinanceImplementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements in a computerized format, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy normsChecking fixed assets ledger, determining proper recording of additions, Invoices, vouchers, outstanding remittance etc and follow up for payments from debtors Preparing monthly report for HO and maintaining Inter Branch Accounts Taxation & AuditingCoordinating with Auditors, finalizing Tax Audit; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendationsPreparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax (TDS/ GST) returns in compliance with statutory actsCoordinating with Auditors, finalizing Tax Audit; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendationsFilling return of professional tax, income tax of employees & ESIC and managing TDS deduction from vendor payment & deposition to government Books Maintenance Maintenance of books of accounts through tally version 5.4,7 and Tally 9 ERP Maintenance of stock register through excel Fund Sourcing & Control Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of goals.Key skillsOperation ManagementFinance Analyst ManagementInterested candidate If you are interested kindly send update CVon this Email id: {hidden_email }
