If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Network Convergence Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Three to five years of engineering and deployment experience with SIP and Unified Communications with an emphasis on voice applications/environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent troubleshooting skills/excellent knowledge of AudioCodes systems and/or SIP, SBC, MS teams, and communication systems. Strong knowledge of reviewing logs for issues in technical environments.Must be customer minded and embody exceptional customer service with customer first attitude. Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work on multiple projects/tickets simultaneously and effectively with high level of attention to detail. Must be able to query customers to isolate the nature of the issue and use troubleshooting skills to resolve the issue and work under pressure and meet deadlines, work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
