Job Responsibilities: Downloading EOBs/ERAs from FTP or lockbox Posting payment as per the EOB Running ERAs and work on exceptions Tallying the payments with the batch header Tracking the pending payments and send to client clarification Maintaining cash log to track the payments posted and the pending Working on credit balance report (Insurance/Patient)Knowledge required: US Culture and Geography Reading and Understanding of EOB Revenue Cycle ManagementSkills required: Good Computer Skills, Typing, Keyboard Internet Skills Good Communication & Comprehension Skills,
