Job Description

Experience 10-15 yrs.

  • Have an experience to support PaaS services (Azure Preferred)- managed instances, storage, security, and networking also middleware, development tools, business intelligence (BI) services, database management systems (SQL, MYSQL, Oracle) and web apps.
  • Managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
  • Working experience in Azure AKS, Datafactory, Datalake, Event hubs, AI, ML, Bot Framework, azure cognitive and mobile services.
  • Working expertise on Windows Azure Platform / MVC, Computing (Web Role, Worker Role), AppFabric Services (ACS, Caching, and Service Bus) and Storage services (table storage, blob storage, Drives) and Scaling.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a medium/large complex environment
  • Azure solutioning / cost estimation experience
  • Should have an exposure on web application lifecycle: building, testing, deploying, managing and updating.
  • Proficient in complete understanding of applications and database, monitoring, health check performance of all the components of PaaS like custom programming (Python, C#, ASP.NET), .NET development frameworks and ability to develop robust solutions for assigned applications/managed services.
  • Understands the functional requirements and able to translate it into technical design and managed solution.
  • Understand the application behaviour with some experience in software development or coding for assigned development/management tasks.
  • Provide support for application deployment/upgrade activities along with infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with immediate team, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and adhere to established standards.
  • Help with troubleshooting and fix defects for the planned releases, production, and managed services with the help of L1, L2 and L3 Team
  • Build and manage great working relationship with cross teams.
Qualification and ResponsibilitiesBachelors degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent work experienceOverall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of managing Cloud Services including software deployment and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, service desk, security management and monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery and routine update of services.Ensures timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements.Creates and maintains strategies related to Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Services throughout the enterprise ensuring all performance and cost curves are closely managed.Drives the adoption and articulate the risks/opportunities from leveraging Cloud Infrastructure.Oversees and directs the timely evaluation, qualification, and implementation of new software products, tools, and related appliances as it pertains to the Cloud environment.10-15 Years of IT Service Management, data center, server, and storage management, virtualization, Citrix, networking, systems management, and/or project management are recommended,Professional with experience leading large complex enterprise-wide infrastructure projects/programs with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd partiesExperience supporting DevOps automation teams using tools such as Chef, Knife, Jenkins, Openstack Heat (HOT)3rd party Cloud and CDN provider experience preferred.Passion for understanding things deeply, whether it is customer requirements or PaaS managed services.Excellent Presentation, collaboration, and Interpersonal skillsLove for engaging customers, listening, problem solving.Strong communications skills, critical thinking, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Company Introduction,
