Job Description

  • Proficient in custom programming (C#, ASP.NET), .NET development frameworks and ability to develop robust solutions for assigned applications/projects
  • Understands the functional requirements and can translate it into technical design
  • Produces quality code for assigned development tasks
  • Provide support for application deployment activities
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with immediate team, Enterprise Architects and other technical teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and adhere to established standards
  • Adhere to agile software development guidelines (continuous integration, code reviews, code quality, iterative, unit testing, system demos etc.)
  • Help with triaging and fixing defects for the planned releases and production Experience and Skills
  • Working expertise on Windows Azure Platform / MVC, Computing (Web Role, Worker Role), AppFabric Services (ACS, Caching, and Service Bus) and Storage services (table storage, blob storage, Drives) and Scaling
  • Solid C# and SQL development experience, debugging skills, code performance tuning, general trouble shooting skills and understanding of development frameworks and integration techniques
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure / MVC development toolkit, Deployment and TFS
  • 5+ Development experience with MVC, C# and .NET framework, WCF, LINQ and Web Services
  • 5+ years of development experience with ASP.NET, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript and windows scripting.
  • Experience using MVVM principles with extensive hands-on expertise in AngularJS, ReactJS
  • Expertise with building, packaging and distributing Web Applications and Windows desktop applications
  • Experience with SQL, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views using MS SQL Server
  • Experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis and code quality metrics
  • Experience utilizing DevOps principles in the overall design and in the solution - CI/CD pipelines, tools integrations with pipelines, security tool integration etc.
  • Ability to lead and conduct technical evaluations and design sessions.
