By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people whowork here.NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Specialist to join our team in Noida, India .The Specialist - DevOps & Configuration Management aims to ensure that the product or service of the test environments provided is fit for purposes and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. Responsible for coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards, advises on performance of the Test Environments and produces data and report onperformance, measuring against set indicators. The Specialist - DevOps & Configuration Management will liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the Test Environments are functioning properly. Where appropriate, the Specialist - DevOps & Configuration Management consults on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others toachieve quality.

  • Working on Azure DevOps with exposure to key functions i.e. Azure Repos, Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, Azure Test Plans
  • Creating CI/CD in Azure Pipelines
  • Supporting Dev teams onboarding on Azure Repos (TFVC)
  • Working on Dev workflows using key functions of Azure DevOps.
  • Writing scripts for process automation using PowerShell/Batch scripting
  • Customization of Azure Process templates i.e. Agile, Scrum, CMMI etc.
  • Individual must have prior hands-on experience implementing technical Source Code solutions (i.e. Branching, Merging, Build andDeployment Automation Process)
  • Min of 5 years of demonstrated proficiency using enterprise Configuration Management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server(a plus); Subversion, GitHub, or any other high-level language repository tool for distributed applications.
  • Min of 5 years of expertise and proficiency using any of the following coding languages : MicroFocus Cobol, C++, Java, Windows OSProgramming, C#, Korn Shell, Perl, Visual Basic Script, HTML, Javascript, Windows Powershell, DotNet, ANT, J2EE, DNS, FTP, Shell Scriptingand/or XML.
  • Hands-on Production Implementation Support across Enterprise Platforms.
General Skills Required:
  • Effective communication, presentation and report writing skills
  • Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Some knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and QC disciplines
  • Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Some experience in the Test and Environment Management disciplines
  • Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements.
