About the role:Provide Legal support and represent the organization in certain legal cases and perform certain legal dutiesDuties and Responsibilities:Initial drafting of show cause, charge sheet, warning and advisory letters and briefing to seniorsAnalyzing, researching and summarizing legal information.Drafting and conveyancing of agreements including as Lease, Sublease Agreement.Vetting of Agreements, Consultant Agreement, Vendor agreements etc.To provide legal advice and interact with various departments regarding their legal issues.Attending court proceedings on matters to assist the senior councils and appear before the court as and when required.Assistance in legal queries.Drafting and vetting various legal notices i.e. Recovery notices, Statutory Notice, Complainants, SaleDeed, Lease Deed, Sub-Lease Deed etc.Working on Labor Laws,Preparation of various MIS Reports on Monthly/Half-yearly/Yearly basis, as required by Management.Conduct HR and Legal Audits.Update and ensure compliance as per compliance tool and Matrix of the organisation.Keep management updated on compliance and changes as per govt notification and conduct training and awareness sessions accordingly.Conduct training on various compliance and legal policies as per HR manual on periodic basis across orgn.Travel as and when requiredSkills & Competencies:Excellent communication skills in English.
