Job Description

The technology Project Manager is accountable for leading all aspects of a complex SDLC IT project and agile software development involving Microsoft technologies. This includes pursuit and/ or project delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships, and communication. It is the Project Manager s responsibility to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds quality expectations while adhering to the company s project delivery methodology. Job Description Leads software development projects with complete ownership of delivery and team productivity by engaging with customer and teams. Engages with clients, sets appropriate expectations, shares periodic reports, resolves conflicts and issues on time. Uses most appropriate construction methodology involving Agile software development and SDLC to achieve end objective. Serves as one-stop technology solution to offer innovative and disruptive web/ mobile/ cloud application in ASP. Net, MVC, Web API, . NET Core, C#, Modern JavaScript based UI technologies, HTML, CSS etc. across software engineering, user management, security, data interchange, data management etc. Experience in Azure stack is preferred. Prepares technical proposals/ effort estimation with technology solution and translate actionable items for software team in the form of project plan and tasks. Estimates unit work, plan and monitor delivery schedule including tasks, milestones, and other dependencies at various stages from inception till delivery as per planned schedule. Plans and provides mix of delivery teams and on-site consulting services to clients. Encourages team and resolves conflicts. Invests in upcoming technologies to gain productivity and competitive advantages. Guides and mentors reporting project leads and creates high performing project teams. Monitors project progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks and issues and work to actively to resolve/ mitigate the same. Works closely with developers to make their life as easy as possible by promoting learning, sharing and caring. Ensures that projects are undertaken and completed as per established processes and standards. Ability to adapt and respond to changes both inside and outside the projects/ program. Ability to predict risk areas, design mitigation/ contingency strategies and execute on these strategies to avoid issues. Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience with Agile and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) projects. PMP Certification (Preferred) . BE/ B. Tech/ MCA, 10+ year experience and high proficiency in multiple technologies such as ASP. Net, MVC, Visual Studio, ORM Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL, JQuery, Web API, . NET Core, Angular JS, Modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Demonstrable track record in delivering moderately complex software development projects and with a strong focus on execution. Experience in delivering . Net based development using Azure stack is preferred. Candidates holding a valid US B1 Visa will be preferred. Go Getter and passionate to work in progressive organization with sense of ownership. Excellent communication and presentation skills involving clients. Prior experience of working directly with CTO/ COO of senior Software groups to create technical strategies will be of advantage. Prior experience of preparing technical proposals/ effort estimation and managing, guiding, mentoring and coaching team of technology experts to manage multiple projects. Hands-on experience as an architect is preferred to lead and inspire software development teams. Stronger technical background in designing and building complex enterprise applications helps to expedite software delivery.,
