Job Description

    To support NOKIA Enterprise team in Pre-Sales phase for End-to-End solutions building, response and pricing as per the Customer requirement in specific format. Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) Main Responsibility Area:
    • Take ownership and support Regional Solutions team in bid preparations and related activities by providing quality response for RFx / Solution within given timelines.
    • Individual contributor to provide bid deliverables (e.g., Scoping and Costing for Network Planning, Statement of compliance Solution description, risk log, project plan, assumptions, SOR, acceptance, Cost etc.)
    • Provide most optimized solution from Nokia Portfolio
    • Working Knowledge of 4G and 5G architecture.
    • Must have gone through 3GPP and IETF specification.
    • Solution sign-off with Delivery and Market team along with all required process approval related to deviations, costing etc.
    • Support Global teams in updating and developing Product /cost management tools.
    • Good understanding of project life cycle ie Network Dimensioning, RF Designing, Network Planning and Optimization
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Proactively leading e2e Network Planning solutions in alignment with customer requirement to ensure effectiveness and completeness.
    • Preferred background in Radio Planning and Designing and Presales
    • Hands on and Subject Matter Expertise in RF Designing, Planning and Optimization
    • Good understanding on Standard Nokia reference Solutions like MPW and segment solutions like GSM-R, private Wireless, Airport/ports, Connected Digital mines etc.
    • Hands on experience on ND tools IBWave , 9955 or ATOL tools
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel is mandatory.
    • Good understanding and knowledge of customer pricing and sales processes.
    • Has Good technical knowledge end to end Private wireless architecture (LTE , 5G )
