Handling of Configuration Management primarily and support in FM activities when required.2. Execute the Change Requests as per the provided details.3. Excellent competence in MOP Understanding & Script Preparation.4. Excellent knowledge of CM & Performance Tools.4. Providing support to Field Maintenance & GDC Engineers for Remote Support.5. Responsible for analysis & rectification of critical BSC Faults and alarms.8. Co-ordination with other Teams for handling Configuration Management.9. Perform post check/verification post CR implementation, Critical/Emergency planned activities carried out Job Responsibilities & Competencies1.
