Job Description

    - Experience of Security/Biometric products sales- Sales planning and achieving sales targets.- To keep an eye on big ticket clients and do key account management of the same.- Managing relationships with the customers and adding to the vertical growth by bringing incremental business from the existing customers.- Mapping clients requirements with the product profile. Generating business from new accounts and expanding existing client base to achieve consistent profitability.- Maintaining and building healthy business relationships with key decision makers and getting incremental business from them. Also, delivering enhanced customer satisfaction by ensuring delivery and quality norms are adhered to.- Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, and meeting of individual and group targets.- Imparting training to new recruits and making them wiser to achieve their pre-planned business targets.,
