Job Description

    Global Delivery Head is a highly visible position central to the overall account ownership and client relationship for the whole geography. With a full P&L, you will sell, lead and execute to develop and deliver Insurance industry-centric technical solutions, helping the Insurance industry turn digital disruptions into a competitive advantage. Your unit will bring together Insurance industry talent, domain knowledge, agile capabilities, cutting-edge technology know-how, frameworks, and automation assets to simplify processes, enhance operating environments, mitigate operational risks, modernize operating models, and increase process efficiency and effectiveness for clients.- Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customers, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the Horizontal.- Would be leading their InsuranceBFSI IT delivery.- Should have Application Development Maintenance System integration and consult as his portfolio- Having a diverse team across several continents.- Preferably who set up greenfield sizeable operation (at least one)- Should have come from a tech background and can have an engaging and provoking conversation with CXOsbuyers- Thought leadership speaker Blogs (has rich content to offer)- Enthusiastic High Energy Go better and collaborativeQualification, Skills & Experience :- Overall 20+ experience in the industry with a minimum of 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management for either large accounts ( > 750 people) or a set of multiple accounts.
