Addresses employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies / programs. Ensures all documentation and records are accurate, kept up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Areas of expertise include employment, performance management, compensation and benefits as well as organizational and employee development. Works closely with both HR and the business to develop and execute on HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Coaches and advises leadership and employees on corporate HR policies and practices.
