    Position/Role IT Bench Sales RecruiterIndustry US IT StaffingFunctional Area: Sales & Business DevelopmentJob Location Noida Sector 58, UPWe are HIRINGIT Bench Sales Recruiterfor one of our clients - aUS IT Staffing companyfounded in the United States, which was started with the purpose and mission of online education and has now turned out to be one of the best IT companies. It provides technology services and custom training solutions to small businesses.Responsibilities
    • Involved in the Complete life cycle of resume marketing.
    • Creating profiles of our consultants in Multiple job portals.
    • Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups, and contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfortability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
    • Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
    • Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants.
    • Interact with Tier one Vendors and make new vendors to the company.
    • Involve in the marketing of consultants on the bench to the preferred vendors.
    • Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.
    • Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants.
    • Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
    • Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.
    • Process candidates from initial contact through the entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow-up.
    • Involve in the marketing of consultants on the bench to the preferred vendors.
    • Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
    Shift Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (PST Time Zone)Qualifications
    • Good Experience in marketing the bench consultants.
    • Regular interaction with the bench candidates by identifying their needs and positioning them for projects accordingly.
    • Available consultants (BA, SQL BI Developers, Cyber Security experts, Data Scientists, etc.)
    • Developing new contacts with the tier 1 vendors/clients.
    • Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
    • Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT Technologies.
    • At least 2.5 years of experience in IT Sales/Bench Sales in US IT staffing is a must.
