By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Hardware Asset Management Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Role ResponsibilitiesBuilding and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experienceEngage with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITAM processes and policies supporting the lifecycleParticipate in Asset Management audits and remediation effortsTimely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking systemReconciliation between various data repositories to ensure consistency of all data sourcesInvestigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity of the asset dataManaging preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to asset managementTracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycleDevelop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficienciesRequirementsFour years of experience in hardware asset managementExperience with various database and spreadsheet tools SQL, Access, etc. Strong Excel skills are requiredAbility to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolutionMust be able to work independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issuesExperience implementing and/or using Flexnet Manager Platform and or similar industry standard ITAM solutionsExperience working on virtual teamsPreferencesIAITAM or ITIL certificationExperience working in a managed services environmentWorking knowledge of service desk and field service operations a plusThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
