Well experienced in understanding & handling customer queries with quick resolution time. Generating and converting sales leads. Build and maintain a sanitized Customer Data Base. Take charge of pricing, invoicing, payments and making sales invoices, till product delivery. Ensure smooth end to end execution with a successful closure. Dedicated as an after-sales support and building along-term relationships with new and existing customers. Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, Focused follow ups on all leads received through different channels. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. Proficient in building interdepartmental relationships. Reports submission to the RM as required on (daily/weekly/monthly) basis.
