Job title : Manager Finance & Accounts Department : Finance & Accounts Type of Position : Permanent Functionally Reports To : India Accounting Head Responsibilities: Candidate should be CA with 7- 10 years of experience in finalization of Statutory Financial Statements , interaction with statutory auditors and MIS reports. The candidate must have experience in following

  • Preparation of financial statements , including account analysis and handling of Statutory audits.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) , US GAAP & IFRS.
  • Should have exposure in Group Closing.
  • Should have exposure in MOnthly /Quarterly / Annual Closing.
  • should have working experience & thorough knowledge of IFRS , Indian Accounting standards and principles , including month end closing processes.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a EPC Industry / Big 4 professional firm (PWC , KPMG , E&Y and Deloittee)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Financial statements and Management Reports
  • Budgets and Forecasts including Treasury.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Spends majority of the time in office environment. May occasionally visit different office and be exposed to possible hazards including high noise , heavy machinery and shop traffic.
