Job Description

  • Preparing and publishing Reports and dashboards with all frequency daily/weekly /monthly, quarterly etc.
  • Forecasting and predictive analysis for volumes, materials and KPI trend
  • Work with department heads for Budgeting and annual operating plan
  • Analyzing reports and providing insights, actions and potential solutions for situation
  • Report automation using SQL, VBA, and other supporting tools.
  • Working on SQL database. Designing tables, Views and putting select queries. Import/ export data, connection to Excel/ Access for reports
  • Cross functional collaboration and dealing with IT & vendors for business requirements
  • Cater to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by the management/ stake holders
  • Creating SOPs, report logic documents and other work-related documents
  • Working knowledge / experience on large database on Inhouse servers and on cloud solution like SQL etc.
  • The candidate should be well versed with advance Access, Excel, and VBA
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow and forms
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL server, SQL queries, and SAP BO
  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
  • Decent comprehension and communication skills for interacting with business units, internal customers, IT, vendors and for writing business related documents
