Job Description

We are looking for a person in branding & Communication, having good experience in New Product Launching for the National & International market, who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will generate strategies that grow brand reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth.Responsibilities

  • Should have excellent knowledge of International/Indian Branding for apparel and be able to give presentations as well as communicate with foreign clients.
  • Should have knowledge of Fashion Hub and be able to work on International/Indian Brands for mens, womens, kids wear, and accessories.
  • Should have good knowledge of Branding related material and concepts.
  • Should have good knowledge of POP materials and knowledge of brand publicity also.
  • Can take brand ownership and should be able to provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up deadlines.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor Indian and International market trends, research and selection of markets, competitors activities to identify opportunities, and key issues.
  • Create brand awareness and Anticipate bottlenecks.
Requirements
  • Candidate age should be below 40 yrs
  • Minimum 5 - 8 yrs relevant exp in branding.
  • MS degree in Branding / Communication or a related field
  • Should be able to handle the EA profile as well as able to work closely with Chairman
  • candidate should be carrier oriented with less family responsibilities
  • Should be willing to travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the companys current products and future concepts.
  • Salary as pr working experience (according to JD)
