Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a team of experts
  • Work on task allocations, review, feedback, etc. on a daily basis
  • Work on spreadsheet/LMS and keep the manager updated about the progress
  • Assist in back-end operations
  • Taking follow-up calls
  • Ensure smooth process executions
  • Assist the operations team lead in managing their day-to-day work
  • Assist in the chat process
  • Coordinate with the training team
  • Help the Content Development Team for writing the blogs/Press Release/ Content on
  • Different courses offered by the Company.
  • Help the Digital Marketing Team with Writing various/different content/blogs/press releases for Social Media Websites.
  • Include and optimize all content for SEO Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence. Research and analyze top SEO content topics.
  • QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency. Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics.
  • Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance. Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content.
  • Plan and execute various SEO tasks.
Required Candidate profile
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Passionate to start a career in Human resources.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
