Job Description

    Job Profile:- The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. Typical work week looks like - 1) Strategize, implement, and maintain projects initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives2) Develop projects assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement3) Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance4) Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached 5) Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives6) Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate cross-project initiatives7) Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors8) Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives9) Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department10) Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Our ideal candidate should have:- 1) Bachelors / Masters degree in engineering, business administration, or related field 2) 5 to 10 years of working in projects/program management from a Technology or Business Consulting Background in different industries domain.3) Excellent communication skills with structured thinking & clear logical thought processes4) Strong Client Management skills which include expectation management, project scoping, and sequencing assistance, and is the internal voice of the client within ORI and vice versa.5) Some prior experience in managing other Program / Project Managers will be preferred, but people management experience is not mandatory.6) The ability to present ideas and cross-sell/upsell offerings to clients in a convincing manner and the ability to present to internal teams the client requirements, expectations, reviews, and next steps will be a plus. 7) Job location is based out of Noida hence candidate should be comfortable in relocating to Noida.
