Job Description

This position is for a FORTUNE 500 Client based in NOIDA.Excellent English written and oral communications skills a must.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor payment production processes for incident alerts and drive level one restoration actions within Adobe and with our external payment providers
  • Support the San Jose based manager in institutionalizing end to end process documentation, include standard operating procedures that the team will follow in addressing production issues, including when to escalate to other Adobe teams (product, engineering, etc.) or directly to Adobes external acquiring partners.
  • Capture and manage production issues in an incident management ticketing system
  • Establish and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing the overall health of the Adobe s internal payment production processes.
  • Establish and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports that summarize the overall health of Adobe s external acquiring banks and gateways (measured against contractual SLAs)
  • Identify and recommend simplification and automation of the payment processes, monitoring/alerting, and tools.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in production engineering, infrastructure operations or incident management
  • Experience with incident management tracking and systems (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience working with Product and Engineers
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large payment data sets (e.g., SQL skills)
  • Experience driving SLA (service level agreement) and other operational requirements with external partner.
  • Educational background in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
