Are you in Come, and be where it begins.Our Exciting Opportunity :Problem Manager ensures identification of problems and performs Root Cause Analysis so that recurring incidents are minimized, and problems can be prevented. Problem Management comprises of activities required to diagnose the root cause of the incident and to resolve resolution to those problems. Data driven approach using the data analytical skills to identify the data points in the network for corrective action!

You will:
  • Be responsible for Reactive Problem Management which is executed as part of service operation.
  • Be responsible for Proactive Problem Management initiated in service operation but generally driven as part of Continual Service Improvement.
  • Be responsible for handling the life-cycle of all Problems over all involved suppliers.
  • Be responsible to supervise the progress of all Problem Records to ensure they are actively moving through the Problem Management Process
  • Be examining work queues for suppliers in jeopardy of missing service agreements.
  • Consult for regular review of service level agreement (SLA) performance data.
  • Execute collaboration between partners where appropriate. Facilitates communication with clients, team members, suppliers, etc. to ensure the actions and changes which may affect them are known. Documents commitments and action items.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  1. Experience with IN Nodes like EMA, EMM, SDP, CCN, IVR, VS, AIR, CRS.
  2. Ability to conclude and validate RCA regarding various Network related incidents.
  3. Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix command, SQL and Shell Scripting.
  4. Good Understanding of Telecom Protocols and Fundamentals for various call flows.
  5. Good knowledge in Operation & maintenance of charging system. L1/L2
  6. Good troubleshooting skills. Understand network and technology evolutions from IN perspective including converged networks.
