About the role: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending Product Management team to drive the Product goals. In this role Incumbent owns the charter of product ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration. Lending forms a critical success driver for Paytm and we are looking for product managers who can create value for us at a scale unheard of in the fintech.Expectations/Requirements:Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective DomainResponsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmapImprove Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the productSuperpowers that will help you succeed in this role:MS or BS/ B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top collegeExperience in consumer / business facing internet products, shipping features at scaleProduct Thinking, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Technology Understanding, collaboration,Consumer and Business understanding, ability to do tech solutioning.Influencing without authority8 -12 years of experience in Product ManagementLove for simplifyingKnowledge of product development processesBeing a leader and an inspiration to your entire teamAbility to take internal and external stakeholders along,
