Job Description

  • Work with R&D to understand customer design requirements
  • Develop & execute the test plans for Virtuoso Layout features
  • Maintain regression tests for regular test cycles and report failures in bug tracking system
  • Create new test cases to verify/validate new features/enhancements
  • Work with PEs to integrate customer test cases as part of regression suite
  • This person should have effective personality & communication skills to work within the PV group, and with cross functional groups [such as R&D and PE]
Desired Skills:
  • Masters (Electronics or related area) with 2 years of experience within the EDA / VLSI design
  • Knowledge of VLSI, analog design flow, design & verification tools.
  • Familiarity with Shell & perl scripting. SKILL know-how will be big plus.
  • Should be a team player with good inter-personal skills.
